The Eagle Has Landed

Our dear friend Diane was spending a little time at Sandpoint when she snapped these eagle photos.

There are now more than 5,000 nesting pairs and 20,000 total birds in the lower 48 states. There are more than 35,000 bald eagles in Alaska.

Great Job Diane and thanks for sharing! We have been so busy preparing for the upcoming salmon season that we have had little time to keep up on our day by day photography..
